Haih..

I was doing my Pure Mathematics homework just moments ago. Running down with calculations and solving Math equations can be very frustrating, especially to low intelligence level people like me. I hate the fact that I'm slow, specifically when it comes to Math, more likely, secondary school Additional Mathematics.

Yes, I admit I went through alot just to pass my SPM Addmaths paper; and honestly I wasn't happy that not only did I passed the paper, I also received a credit in it. Why? It's because till this very moment where I'm sitting here typing this, I still can't believe that I actually achieved a C5, as I'm sure it's nothing else but pure luck. "Double" my luck that Pure Mathematics in college is a repetition of form 4 and form 5's Additional Mathematics in English.

I'm not even sure why I'm having all these trouble and problems on a subject practically almost everyone I know is really good at. I did almost everything I can to brush up, from extra revisions and exercises to receiving extra guides and help.

To conclude it all, probably I'm just plain stupid.

What's Up with College?

Wow, only 2 days of college and I'm feeling all stressed-up already. Lets just say that college isn't how I expected it to be.

Well, other than having a little problem with the change of language (Bahasa to English terms), my brain's also all rusted thanks to the past 7 months on-vacation-mode. It will definitely take time for a lazy slow person like me to catch up with my subjects.

I'm in 0606PE12. Yeap, that's the name of my class. Weird huh? Oh, and my class is actually not that bad (at first I thought it was THAT bad) - apart from the fact that there are only 6 or 7 pairs of bosoms whilst the rest are with balls. I believe I can't expect more from a class on the pre-engineering stream.

Here's a view of my timetable:

^MAT: Mathematics
ECO: Economics
PHY: Physics
TKS: Thinking Skills
LAN: Moral Studies

I'm so glad I didn't take up Chemistry or Further Mathematics - for if I do, I will have to stay in college from 8am to 4pm everyday. That means HELL.

I think I'll stop here because I need to get my sleep. I'll have to make myself wake up at 3am later to catch a much anticipated match; France against Spain. Woohoo!

Before I end, a piece of advice for those entering the late intake for Cambridge 'A' Level programme this/next month (especially soon-to-be Sunway students); be prepared, be VERY prepared.

Scary..

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh~

My
FIRST DAY
of college tomorrow!

I wonder how is it gonna be like. I hope it wouldn't be too bad.

Late Update

Just realized I didn't update for a couple of days already. Probably because I was too busy sparing my time for friends, family, and football. Add 2 hours of gym daily to the list too.

Two nights ago I was with the bunch catching 'The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift' at Cathay Cineleisure in Damansara. Ratings? Definitely a MUST-watch! Trust me on this one - for the sake of Japanese chicks and drifts from 350z, Silvia, Evo 9, Mustang, and RX8.

^Kent, Choy Hung, Adrian and I posing for a shot in the Gents. My sister was left out from the photography session for the obvious reason.

Weee~ France won. They've booked their place in Round 16, facing Spain in their first knock-out match this coming Wednesday. If they win, they'll have a clash with the Brazilians before entering the semi-finals. Ain't gonna be a smooth road for the French.

I spent the whole yesterday's afternoon with my family in KL for some back-to-start-of-college shopping. At night, we were loitering around Plaza Damas and Hartamas Shopping Centre.

^Then we had dinner at Flamin' J Restaurant.

Went to bed pretty early last night because I was all worn out for the day. Therefore, I would like to apologise to:
-Vinod Dave, for not able to attend your gathering party,
-Chun Jiat, for putting down your once in a blue moon yamcha offer,
-Adrian Kong, for FFK-ing our foosball session.

Before signing off, I'll make do some space for some publicity in favour of Reuben Kang:

Project O.M.G.
(open.mike.gig)

+ The Food Foundry, BG-8, Happy Mansion, Jalan 17/13, Petaling Jaya
+ 24th, 25th June 2006 (Saturday, Sunday)
+ 7.30pm
+ Admission is free :)

This event will be a gathering of sorts, from poetry reading to singer-songwriters and indie filmmakers. Come, buy a couple of drinks (for the hungry the tom yam is excellent) and hang out with us.

For more information (and line-up), head on over to their site: omg! art series

Cute ol' Reuben Kang will be performing! Go support! LOL!

Counting Down

40 more hours before entering college! Excited I may sound, but deep inside I'm still feeling a little nervous. I can't believe it's already time for me to enter college, when it seems that I was still wearing the "white shirt & green pants" a month ago. Life's too short, don't you agree?

Anyway, last night I was working on editing/fixing a set of poor shots for Jin Li's modeling portfolio. An example of my work:

Not bad, eh? =P

Next morning's 3am match between France and Togo will determine France's ability to enter the Round of 16. Je soutiens la Les Bleus!

Why Taylor's College?

Many of my Sunway College friends have asked me this particular question,

"Why did you choose
Taylor's College
instead of
Sunway College?"

My answer/explanation is actually quite simple - ummmmm, perhaps NOT that simple.

Lets run down the road of history, lets say, about 2 months ago.

I was filled with indecisiveness in regard of choosing between two colleges for my Cambridge A Level Programme, Taylor's College and Sunway College. My parents were very fond of sending me to the former, whilst I preferred the latter. Thus, to reach a conclusion, I decided to take a ride down to both colleges one fine morning to personally enquire more about their campus, programme, and offers.

My first stop was Taylor's College Subang Jaya.

TCSJ Lady : Hi there, boy. How can I help you?
Me : (Feeling a little nervous) Err, I want to enquire about your 'A' Level Programme.
TCSJLady : Alright, sit right here and I'll be right back. *Point to a chair while taking a few pieces of brochures*
Me : *Quite shy*
TCSJ Lady : OK, lets start off with your SPM results, how many credits or A's did you get?
Me : Err, 5 A's! *Confidently*
TCSJ Lady : Ouch, that's NOT very good.
Me : (Huh? Aren't you supposed to bodek me to join your college?) Err, yeah.. *Embarassed*
TCSJ Lady : Well, during my years back then, 5 A's are already good enough. But now, it's just below average. This means you have to really focus in the stream you're interested with, especially Science subjects. Blah blah blah blah.. *Continues with lots of Q&A*
Me : Err, yeah.. (What the? Kena 'cha' man!)
TCSJ Lady : Is there anymore question you would like to ask?
Me : Yeah, there is one. I heard that Sunway College offers a better 'A' Level programme. Is that true? If not, then what's bad about Sunway College?
TCSJ Lady : Umm, that's a good question. Lets not talk about the bad side of Sunway College, that is VERY unprofessional. Let's talk about what Taylor's College has to offer that Sunway can't. Blah blah blah.. *Continues*
Me : (Wah..) *Impressed*

Satisfied with the answer given by Taylor's College, I made my move to Sunway College, hoping for a better answer.

SyUC Lady 1 : Yes boy, what can I do for you?
Me : Ummm, I want to know more about the Cambridge 'A' Level Programme.
SyUC Lady 1 : Alright, just hold on a minute. *Another lady comes in*
SyUC Lady 2 : Yes, 'A' Level?
Me : Yeah, can you tell me more about the programme?
SyUC Lady 2 : Sure, this programme is to blah blah blah blah blah.. *kept on blah-ing non-stop*
Me : Urmm.. *Wanting to ask questions*
SyUC Lady 2 : Blah blah blah blah..
Me : (Crazy wei, like machine gun)
SyUC Lady 2 : Blah blah blah blah.. *fullstop* Any question?
Me : Ummm, *Were about to ask a question, when..*
SyUC Lady 2 : Okay, thank you! This is my card; if there's anything do give me a call. Hope to see you soon!
Me : (But, but, I haven't ask my question.. Ah, nevermind!) Err, alright, thank you. *Left the place disappointed*

Just like the infamous Malay proverb, "Kerana nila setitik, hancur susu sebelanga", the counsellor/lecturer has given me a very bad impression of Sunway College.

So, do I still need to elaborate further? Guess not.

Keputusan Semak Semula

Ummm, I've just received the reply letter from Malaysia Examinations Syndicate earlier today.
3 months ago, my father made me appeal for a recheck on my SPM results because he wasn't very satisfied (neither was I, but there was nothing much I can do about it; afterall, I tried my best, no?) - and the results are finally out.

RM250 gone down the drain just like that. I told him already that it was no use, but he didn't want to listen. Oh well..

Je soutiens la France

OMG, why did France draw again!?

Thierry Henry's goal on the early 9th minute was convincing enough to show that the Frenchmen had control of the game. The goal from Park Ji Sung at the last ten minutes was entirely unexpected.

France won't stand a chance in reaching the Finals if they don't win the next match, which is against Togo four days from now. Oh well, all I can do now is to just sit and watch.

After the match, I managed to transport myself to dreamland before waking up 3 hours later to meet up with Julia, Jow Liie, Bennette and Guo Heng at True Fitness. Yeah, I just signed up for the '12-Months Commitment Fitness Gold' membership a few days ago.

After spending 2 hours working out, we headed off to the nearby Old Town Kopitiam for breakfast.

^My breakfast, 2 sets of Roti Bakar, Iced Oldtown White Coffee, and Omega Soft-boiled Eggs.

^This is what I wore today, France's 2006 FIFA World Cup reserve jersey.

^Julia with her Oldtown Curry Mee.

^Bennette

^Guo Heng

^The syiok-sendiri girls. Julia (again) and Jow Liie. =P

Anyway, I took the opportunity of this meet up to catch up with Guo Heng, whom was in UK (NOT Ulu Kelang) for the past 6 months. He's currently back in Malaysia for a 3 months holiday before leaving again in early September. We used to go through a lot together when we were in high school, especially when our names were spreading through teachers' mouth for all the havoc we've caused. Don't be deceived by his innocent and shy looks, because believe it or not, he has the BALLS most men don't. =P

By the way, it's time for me to sleep. This will be the earliest record of me getting to bed since God-knows-when. I need a good rest so that I can provide full concentration when I drive down to Malacca first thing in the morning.

Till the next post, good night and sleep tight!

College?

After seven months long on holiday-mode since SPM ended in December 2005, I'm continuing my studies in a week time.

Yes, I've finally decided with:

Cambridge 'A' Level

at

The subjects I've selected are Physics, Mathematics, and Economics, and my classes will commence this coming 27th. Orientation Day will be a sunrise earlier.

My dad and I went to Taylor's College Open Day last morning to register for my intake.

^Before (Registration Form)

^& after (Enrolment Pack)

I'm feeling really excited for college, but I still hope for more time to enjoy myself before all the stress from homework and exams conquer me. Ironic.

Bah, I hate to make decisions. Especially when there're too many options around. Unlike primary or high school, you get HAVE to choose what you want to do and where you want to do it; and that includes not doing anything at all.

I like the good ol' days.

Fête de la Musique

Just helping Seng Ming to promote this:

Fête de la Musique
Day/Date : Saturday, 17th June 2006
Time : 5pm till 12am
Venue : Jalan Telawi, Bangsar. (The Help Matriculation Centre (HMC) stage will be at Ronnie Q, same row as La Bodega)
Admission is FREE!

About Fête de la Musique (excerpted from http://www.help.edu.my)
Launched in France in 1982, Fête de la Musique or Feast of Music has become an international event. Every year it is celebrated in more than 110 countries worldwide on 21st June, which corresponds to the summer solstice in the Northern Hemisphere.

On this day, from sunset till sunrise, musicians take over the streets and play to their heart's content from sunset till sunrise. Musicians of all genres, be they amateurs or professionals, are invited to perform voluntarily. Musicians do not pay to take part, nor is the public expected to pay to watch.

Fête de la Musique is not just for musicians, it is a festival of music that is enjoyed by people from all walks of life.

It has been said that in France, in one year alone, more than 800,000 musicians (both amateurs and professionals) from different parts of the world participated in more than 10,000 concerts. Also it has estimated that 10 to 12 million spectators from various countries in Europe actually made their way to France to witness this event.

England VS Trinidad & Tobago

It was havoc when Peter Crouch headed in a last-minute first goal in the 83rd minute. Multiply the havoc twice when Steven Gerrard blasted a superb second into the top corner with his left foot 8 minutes later.

But in my opinion as a non-football-fanatic, the main highlight of the match happened on the 28th minute:

A painful moment for Yorke as he blocked a thundering shot by Steven Gerrard on the edge of the area with his midriff and had to leave the field briefly for treatment.

Get it?

If not, I'll give you a clearer picture (I drew but failed miserably) of the scene if you didn't catch the match:

@#$!%& Ouch! =P

Cars@Cineleisure

I was scratching my head for plans to fill my extremely boring afternoon, until my sister suggested that we catch a movie since it is Wednesday, and as we all know it, cinemas all around fare their tickets less than normal on this particular day of the week. Since I wanted to try out the new Cathay Cineleisure in Damansara, I gave my sister a pat on the back for suggesting such a great idea. =P

^Cineleisure, view from The Walk of The Curve.

Quite a decent Cineplex they hosted. Although still 80% empty, everything there was cool and classy, but in my honest opinion, they still can't compete with Siam Paragon's Cineplex in Bangkok, which I think is the most highly advanced Cineplex I've ever stepped foot into.

After purchasing tickets to the 6:30pm's Cars, we headed off to Secret Recipe in The Curve to have our tea-time. I had Blueberry Cheese Cake and Iced Chocolate with Whipped Cream while my sister had Marshmallow Chocolate and Fresh Watermelon Juice.

^The syiok-sendiri girl - my sis. I think she has put on a few pounds or something. *closes mouth with hands* Luckily she doesn't visit my blog. =P

^I like the round lightings randomly hung all-around the inside of Secret Recipe. They're so cute!

Cars was uber-entertaining. I think the graphic designers and animation artists did a splendid job in making the characters look real. I love how the adrenaline rushes through in their speedy action scenes.

I wonder how they make babies. =X

Kosong-kosong?

Argh, it was a screwed up game. The Frenchmen weren't doing their best, we can see that. A goalless draw? Just plain weird. Just like England's game against Paraguay.
OMG, this is coming out from a non-football-fanatic. That's also plain weird. Maybe because I've decided to support France on this year's FIFA World Cup.

***

Spent the evening at Asia Club foosing. Finally met Yee Leng there. Take a look at this particular reply she posted in her tagboard right after I left my house:

(Her tagboard's time and date were screwed up)

Yeah, fate brought us together and now we're foos buddies. Lol~

Went back home for dinner. After dinner, Jin Li, Bavany and I decided to go out again because we didn't want to spend the night at home. We ended up catching the 9:45pm's Benchwarmers at One Utama. The movie was purely lame and funny.

Oh, and I made a record-breaking time driving from Subang Jaya to One Utama through LDP in exactly 15 minutes and 9 seconds. That was speeding. I had no choice, because when I left my house, the clock was already ticking its last few seconds to half-past nine.

*faces down with guilt*

After the movie, we called Kok Keith up for directions to a dining place called William's in Taman Mayang. We managed to get there without much trouble thanks to Keith's directions and my bantai-driving-instincts. =P

Ahhhhhhhh, Brazil's match against Croatia is starting! Time to go!

Till the next post.

Of Seafood and Cake

Celebrated Fathers' Day in advance last evening at seafood restaurant opposite of Carey Island. It was also a farewell dinner for my dad as he's leaving for Bangkok this coming Wednesday.
His company is sending him there to head the engineering department of a new air cargo company for at least six months.

^View of the sunset from the place I sat.

^I wasn't able to take pictures of the dishes because my fingers were busy with the crabs, but I managed to make a snap after I cleaned up, when everything's gone.

We got back home right before Holland versus Serbia & Montenegro, and we had cake-cutting at half-time.

^Choc Mud Cake from Secret Recipe. Yummy~

Ahhh, I'm gonna miss my dad.

Will be heading down to Breakers in Desa Sri Hartamas for dinner later. According to Puvana, they're giving out free dinner from 8pm onwards in conjunction of the World Cup fever. This promotion started last Friday and ends today.

Yeah, I know it sounds too good to be true. Oh well, we'll see.

The Night is Still Young

Like I mentioned in the previous posts, I've been awkwardly sleeping at the time people wakes up. I slept at 10am this morning, and woke up 6 miserable hours later. My sleeping timing is perfect for World Cup fanatics, but too bad I'm not one. Sigh.

Anyway, the gathering Alvina organized last evening was canceled at the very last minute because many won't be showing up.
So I ended up going on with my own plans. Adrian and I were planning dinner and we agreed on having something not-too-expensive but filling-to-the-stomach. I looked up http://www.friedchillies.com/fc for food reviews and Big Boy's Cafe in Taipan caught my attention. We rang up a few others but only Kent joined in.

^Big Boy's Cafe.

^Kent with his Vanilla Milkshake.

^Adrian striking a horny smile.

^My Chicken Maryland.

^Adrian's Beef Lasagne.

^Kent's Big Boy's Special Dory Fish.

After dinner, we pulled Jin Li with us to Asia Club for foosball and

^pool.

By the way, Asia Cafe & Club were packed with England supporters. We chilled around until 2am when Jin Li has to go home. The 3 guys then decided for a drink at a nearby mamak restaurant we normally frequent at least thrice a week.

^Supper?

Kent and I weren't feeling sleepy yet so we went over to Adrian's house to chillax (a combination of chill and relax, created by Nat. =P) till 9am this morning.

^Kent was stuck on the computer playing computer games while Adrian was busy practicing Melbourne Shuffle all morning.

As I was still brightly awake upon leaving Adrian's house, I suggested having breakfast at Sri Melur Restaurant in USJ16. Sleepyhead Kent reluctantly agreed.

^My breakfast, roti canai and teh tarik.

^The nearly dead Kent.

Reached home, bathed, and dropped on my bed when the clock struck 10.

15 days left to fully enjoy myself.

Tonight I'll be having seafood for dinner. Crabs, shrimps, lalahs, fishes, and squids, here I come! =D

Prefects Gathering

9th June 2006

^A view of the sunset from the back of my house last evening. Beautiful, isn't it?

Met up with my ex-prefect comrades at 9pm. I was supposed to be one of the organizers for this gathering, but I eventually did nothing because I didn't have the time. We actually expected an attendance of quite a big number. But it ended up with only a few of us having drinks and chit-chat at Tanjong Mamak Bistro in SS14.

Some of those that were there:

^L-R> Shao Min, Amanullah, and Julia.

^L-R> Daphne and Roshanpal.

^Afzal.

^Non-prefect Naufal (Right)

^And Seo Densearn.

It feels really good to get together once in awhile (as mentioned in the previous posts). It's like, you get to catch up with people you once know a lot and now you don't anymore. Get what I mean?

It ended about half past 10 and I was then on my way to Asia Club to meet up with Kok Keith and Adrian. Left the place after a few games of foosball to join Kent at Maju USJ4 for Germany versus Costa Rica.

Speaking of World Cup, yesterday/today is the commencement of FIFA World Cup 2006 - with the opening at 10 followed by Germany against Costa Rica at midnight. I'm sure everybody knows that. =P

Most of the Mamak restaurants and places with big screens were packed with football fans. I, myself, is not a die-hard fan of football. But a game I will never forget about is the Finals between France and Brazil a few years back. My cousin-brothers, uncles, granduncles, brother, dad and I couldn't watch the match because my grandmother left this world exactly two days before the long-awaited game. Sigh.

Wanted to attend Seventeen Summer Splash later in the afternoon - but I can't, because I don't have a ticket. I think I'll just give it a pass.
Not forgetting, I have another gathering to attend - this time with Alvina and the rest. Gosh, I have lots of gatherings and reunions this week itself. It's probably because most of the colleges are having their mid-term holiday. At least I get to enjoy myself to the max before I start my college pretty soon.

I'm feeling so tired and sleepy already. So, good night and don't tidur bola.

Shopping with Siau Yen

Siau Yen asked me to accompany her for some short shopping at One Utama yesterday. The plan was for me to get her at 11am, followed by lunch upon arrival at One Utama, and then rest of the day shopping.

We had our lunch at Yoshinoya, a Japanese fast-food restaurant.

^My beef bowl set.

^Siau Yen's salmon thingy.

^Tempura Balls.

^Mini Chicken Wings.

The food there didn't suit my taste bud at all. In fact, I don't favour Japanese food. They taste so weird. ><

Then off we went shopping. Girls are maniac-shoppers and that is a fact we can't deny of. Lol. But it's a good experience shopping with her because I get to learn a lot about girls' multi-taste. I concluded that it is just so hard to understand the opposite gender.

^Standing outside the fitting room waiting for Siau Yen to finish her hour-long-business.

^Lately I'm not the camwhore I used to be anymore. Really.

^After a long walk, we had a drink at Juiceworks. I ordered Mango Sensation (left) while Siau Yen had Tummy Calmer. Tummy Calmer sucks because it contains GINGER! >< Yuck!

^=)

We left One Utama at 5pm. Thanks Siau Yen for filling up my day~ I had a great time. :)

My dad's coming back home from Bangkok tonight! I wonder if he got anything for me. =P

Mini Gathering at Lien Chai's

Had a mini gathering at Lien Chai's place in Pantai Hillpark this afternoon. There were about 8 of us, and the gathering was held because of a common thing all 8 of us share - we are all ex-Tutorial Lee (tuition centre) students.

^On the way there.

^Lien Chai posing with his crib in the background. Poser siot~

Andalucia Condos in Pantai Hillpark is a decent place to live in.

^The balcony.

^The view from the balcony.

^A mini-fountain right infront of his house.

Through-out the afternoon, we chatted, watched DVD's,

^had some wine,

^swam,

^and took lots of free-style photos.

^Group photo! Clockwise from top left: Fiona, Mandy, me, Wai Leong, Jian Pang, Lien Chai, Marzuki, and Farrael.

We left at 7pm to have dinner at a nearby famous "Banana Leaf" mamak restaurant, named Sri Paandhi Restaurant. For those who read the newspaper, you'll get what I mean when I said "famous".

^Looking at this picture makes me hungry again.

The guys then decided to "mengunjung" a cybercafe nearby my house. Came back home at 11pm feeling tired but with all smiles.

It is really great to be able to meet up with your old friends again, don't you think so? There's like so many things to talk and laugh about, especially about the past. I get very nostalgic mesmerizing a lot about the past lately. I miss being young and naive. =(

Tomorrow will be a pretty quiet day for me.

Gathering with Aman and Roshan

6th June 2006

The day started off pretty well. Amazingly, I managed to wake up early and reached Aman's house in-time. We did a last minute planning of a small gathering. Seo wasn't able to join us because he had this "hospital attachment" thingy.

Then, we departed to Sri Melur Mamak Restaurant in SS19 for breakfast. We met Adrian, Eu Jean, and Hsien Loong there too. They were there because they skipped their class in Sunway College. =P

^Roshan's always so busy with his phone. Tsk tsk tsk.

^Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of our breakfast before they're all gone. =/

After spending about almost an hour there, Roshan suggested that we catch the movie "The Omen 666".

^Upon arrival, a silhouette picture of the three of us.

^The humble transportation. =P

Regarding "The Omen 666", Aman and I shared the same point of view.
The Omen was a good catch, albeit a little slow moving. Not so many scary scenes but the storyline itself is freaky. I am not a fan of horror movies so it didn't really appeal to me at first, but it turned out alright in the end. I hope they remake the second and third movie. :D

-Aman of http://electrichair.blogspot.com

We then had our lunch at Manhattan Fish Market. Honestly, it was my first time there-and everything was all good.

^The deciding and ordering process.

^The waiting process.

^My chocolate shake. Yum yum! Aman has the recipe! Go ask him! =P

^Fisherman's Fried Platter, shared by both Aman and I. Roshan didn't want to eat because he thinks he's fat not hungry. =P

^A quote from Aman, "Our gathering very muhibbah." =)

^We met Penny, Vee Lyn, and Farah along the way. Above is a picture of Penny and Aman having a little sweet talk while watching people ice-skate fall.

We walked around Sunway Pyramid until 3pm, and then we headed to Aman's house to chill and chat. Got back home around 6pm, and guess what happened after that?

I took a nap.

But somehow, I woke up at 10pm and off I went for another yamcha session with Kent, Adrian, and Eu Jyn. Finally reached home at 3:12am and here I am blogging. I have to try reducing the late-night-outings before I turn nocturnal again.

I have to get my sleep now. I have another reunion/gathering at Lien Chai's place at 1pm. Good night for now.

666

Ah, another special day of the year (more of MILLENIUM). First it was

01:02:03 04/05/06
(1 hour:2 minutes:3 seconds on the 4th of May 2006)

now it's

06.06.06
(6th June 2006)

In fact, a new movie, "The Omen 666", is releasing worldwide today.

Another fact I find amusing about this date is that the number 666 is used to refer to the beast in the Bible's Book of Revelations. It reads
"He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man's number. His number is 666."

For more interesting facts about 666, head on to Yahoo News: 06/06/06: Another Date with Para-Science.

Anyway, enough about that.

***

I have an appointment at 9am later in the morning with Aman, Roshan, and Seo. It's some sort of gathering-cum-farewell since Roshan is going off to Flight School in Langkawi. The last time we actually had a meet up was ages ago (or we actually never had any?). I recalled to the time in highschool when I was the only legal driver. Now, all of them can drive too. So, the plan is to meet up at Aman's place, and then we'll carpool. Save petrol~ =P

I'd better get going. I don't want to wake up late and be labelled an FFK-er. Lol~ Good night for now.

Pictures from the 33rd Multiple District Leo Forum 2006 coming up soon.

Home Sweet Home

Wow!

I just spent 3 days 3 nights last week, and 4 days 3 nights this week, in BANGKOK. I went there for two reasons, one, which is for a short vacation, and two, to visit my dad who is currently working there. That explains why my comeback has been delayed. =P

Anyway, Bangkok is a bloody great place to go. Apart from the beautiful temples, awe-inspiring pagodas, and enormous majestic statues, the people there are freaking down-to-earth nice too. So far for the record, I haven't face any rude or unpleasant customer service in their shopping malls. Speaking of shopping malls, their single Siam Paragon Shopping Complex puts our One Utama, The Curve, and Berjaya Times Square to shame.

Haha, I better stop bragging about how good Bangkok is, or else I'll be labelled "khianat terhadap negara". Haha~ Actually, deep down inside, I'm a real patriot. Yeah, you can now play your "Believe it or not" game.

Anyway, here comes the best part, PICTURES! Go ahead, indulge yourself! :)

While uploading the photos, I got lazy with the captions. Please forgive me. =P

I have exactly 23 days left to enjoy, before college starts.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh~
